A historical drama set in Roman Egypt, concerning a slave who turns to the rising tide of Christianity in the hopes of pursuing freedom while also falling in love with his master, the famous female philosophy professor and atheist Hypatia of Alexandria. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1186830/
This movie is a great lesson when religious extremist take power. Why can't people let others be? This really upsets my philosophy-self - will the slaughter of humans in the name of God ever stop? This makes my heart cry for peace even stronger ... if only we could agree to let everyone worship in their own way - which is what America was suppose to be - but it seems fundamentalist christian extremist are no different than muslin extremist - is this the theme of "the earth experiment"? There is so much good here - maybe we will learn ...
We were just commenting this morning that when people live with Love and Light knowing that we are all the same and that we are all truly connected; War will cease to exist. Vision this Highest Good. and Thank you for Sharing!
